Step 2: Select Your Fit Once you find an item, choose your preferred color and size from the available options.
Step 3: Add to Cart Click the “Add to Cart” button to save your selections. You can continue shopping or proceed directly to your bag.
Step 4: Secure Checkout Enter your delivery information and select your preferred payment method—we offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer for your convenience across Pakistan.
Step 5: Order Confirmation After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp to keep you updated on your delivery
Payment
We currently offer two primary payment methods to serve our customers all over Pakistan
1. COD (Cash on Delievery)
The most convenient way to shop with total peace of mind.
No Upfront Payment: Place your order today and pay only when your premium essentials arrive at your doorstep.
Shipping Cost :Â When Free Shipping is active, your total payment will consist solely of the exact product amount as listed on the store. In instances where a delivery fee is applicable, the final cost will include the standard shipping rate added to your product total.
2. Manual Online Payment
A secure digital payment option for those who prefer to pay instantly via mobile.
Instant Mobile Payment: Use your EasyPaisa app to transfer the total order amount directly.
Step-by-Step Verification: 1. Complete the transaction using your mobile app. 2. Take a clear screenshot of the successful transaction. 3. Send the screenshot to our official WhatsApp number: 0325-2848394.
Order Confirmation: Our team will verify the payment against your order details. Once confirmed via WhatsApp, your order will be moved immediately to the shipping stage.
Shipping & Delivery
At Hazdia, we are committed to delivering your customized products promptly and efficiently. We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience while ensuring the safe arrival of your orders.
Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
Karachi Delivery: For customers within Karachi, we strive to deliver your orders within 4-5 business days. Our local delivery network ensures that your products reach you swiftly.
Nationwide Delivery: For customers located across Pakistan, please allow 7-9 business days for your order to arrive. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery to your doorstep.
International Shipping (Outside of Pakistan)
Global Reach: For our valued international customers, please anticipate a delivery time of 10-12 business days. We extend our services beyond borders, and your orders will be carefully shipped to your chosen destination.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. You will have the opportunity to review shipping costs during the checkout process before confirming your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
To keep you informed about the status of your order, we provide tracking information once your package is dispatched. You can monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date using the provided tracking number.

Return & Refund
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer a 100% refund in the following situations:
Quality Concerns: If you receive an order with defects or quality issues, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon inspection and confirmation.
Printing Issues: If there is a printing error or a discrepancy between the product and your approved design, inform us within 2 days. We will provide a full refund upon verification.
Late Delivery: If your order is delivered more than 15 days beyond the estimated delivery date (excluding delays beyond our control), you may be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Eligibility
We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:
Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted if you change your mind after placing an order or if the product meets your initial specifications.
Mistaken Orders: We do not accept returns for orders placed by mistake. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.
The Return Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Open a Ticket: Open a support ticket within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Follow Instructions: Our team will guide you on how to send the product back to our warehouse. You must include the original packing slip.
Shipping Costs: Please note that you will bear the expenses of returning the item to us.
Verification & Payment: Once we receive and verify the item, we will process your refund within 15 business days to your original payment method.
